Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1. How can I view the status of my order?
A: You can find out the status of your order within the customer service page; simply enter in your ‘Confirmation Number’ under order tracking towards the bottom of the page. You can also take a look at your full account history with us in the customer service page; be sure to set up an account with us to take advantage of this feature.

Question 2. What are your shipping policies?
A: We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail, which costs a flat rate of $4.85 for all domestic orders, no matter how many shirts you order. We process and ship all in-stock items within 2 business days. Priority Mail is guaranteed to be delivered in 2 to 3 days, so typically all goods arrive within a week of placing your order. Though rare, items on backorder will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks to ship. Remember, all domestic orders over $50 are shipped for FREE, just enter the promo code “FREE” in the promo text box during checkout.

Question 3. Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we finally offer international shipping, which should make some of our friends abroad happy. We ship all international orders through USPS Global Priority Mail. Please allow about 2 weeks for delivery.

Question 4. What is your return policy?
A: We allow returns of any merchandise within 30 days of shipping for refund or exchange. Returns must be in resalable condition and be accompanied by the packing receipt. On returns you will be refunded the amount of the returned item less shipping. For exchanges please note what you would like in place of your returned item. PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST INCLUDE A CHECK FOR $5 ON DOMESTIC ORDERS AND $10 ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING EXCHANGE.

Question 5. Do you have a retail store?
A: Yes we do and it comes complete with a lounge, an old School ‘Tapper’ arcade game (addictive and very worth playing), and of course a Kegerator to help us stay sharp in the t-shirt world. Learn more about our store right here!

Question 6. Do you sell wholesale?
A: Indeed we do, and better yet, our line is retail tested within our own stores and we have most items in stock and can ship immediately. Please e-mail brian@solidthreads.com with wholesale inquiries and for access to our wholesale link.
